Dear Manager, Players and Parents - Whites U16.

In the new year your team are booked to use the CAFC 3G for evening training. We
have invested significantly in both the pitch itself and the organisation that surrounds it.
Our intention is to provide a top quality environment that can be used safely and
enjoyably for generations to come.

The facility is used for training and fixtures by nearly 800 players each week. This
generates significant challenges including,
 Vehicular and pedestrian traffic and parking.
 Health and safety issues.
 Maintenance of the playing surface.

For those reasons the club insists on a set of ground rules. It is the managers job to
ensure that his players, staff and parents adhere to these rules. If teams don’t adhere to
these rules they will be asked to train at another venue.
